Coronavirus In view of the current situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to update you on Vision Internet's planning for the weeks and months ahead.

Continuity
We will continue to deliver a high-quality operational service while ensuring the safety of staff. Our data centre will minimise on-site manpower and there will be an engineer on callout with a maximum of 30 minutes travel time. All our servers are continually monitored and if there are problems, our support staff working from home will be automatically notified. There will be no change to our usual support channels.

Prices
Domain name prices can fluctuate due to many being priced in US dollars. We have enough credit in dollars to ensure that our prices remain stable for at least the next few months.

Servers
We were originally planning to replace all our current web hosting servers over the next few months so that we could offer more disk space and other resources. However, it is now unlikely that we will be able to continue with our original plans regarding this. We therefore ask that you be patient with us and we hope that this can be completed later in the year or early next year.

Renewals
We realise that some customers will be massively affected by changes with their work, especially those in the hospitality industry. If your account is due for renewal and your business has been affected, we ask that you contact us as we may be able to defer payments or offer other solutions.
