Your set up email covers everything! Much better than some of the big hosting companies I use! First time I have tried a small outfit like you (and first time with linux hosting). I've been told it is a much better way of working. So far this seems to be true. This was a rush job with a deadline next week, and it's now done. Using a new hosting company is always a bit of a gamble, and so I was dreading problems! But I did not need to! I am very happy :-)

Being in business the last thing you want is to end up doing the webmaster’s job, which unfortunately you end up doing with most web hosting companies. Vision truly do know whet they are doing and the support is second to none, whether you are an individual or a company. We transferred in a number of domains and the technical issues were all dealt with swiftly and efficiently with technical jargon leveled at you in a way you could understand. Vision also provided some very handy hints regarding a smooth transfer which are also detailed on their website.

Vision also gave me the confidence to make the brave step of moving away from a Microsoft platform for our web delivery, which does mean learning new skills, but the support is there which is exactly what you need with new development projects.

I for one would not hesitate in recommending Vision Internet to anyone looking for cost effective web hosting solutions.

It's not often that I find myself writing a letter of thanks for goods or services purchased. Generally a feeling of having 'just enough' or 'a little less' value from a transaction is normal. However, I think I should congratulate you people at Vision Internet for your excellence at what you do.

As somebody with some, but certainly not advanced internet experience. I was a bit uneasy about the whole subject of acquiring hosting and launching a webpage. Your superb website's content and easy navigation, your informative email communications, and clear invoicing helped make it very painless.

Then a blip... Due to my mistake, within a few days I found myself needing to register a second domain. I emailed yourselves explaining my problem, and received a kind reply from Dave Forward the same day. Giving me a simple and perfect solution and full instructions on how to achieve it.

Now within a week, I am delighted to be up and running with an extra parked domain and email forwarding. C-Panel is a doddle (especially with the C-Panel help page to explain every function). Everything works perfectly without having any annoying problems to solve myself.

All thanks to your excellent help resources and informative communications.

Just wanted to say "Thanks" for the superb service you have given me since signing up for three hosting packages for my sites last night. All the emails are now working perfectly.

As you know, I moved my hosting from another company where I had experienced endless problems over four years, most caused it appears by their inefficiency, lack of resources and proper security and a "couldn't care less" attitude, all of which caused me, and I know many other customers, huge problems. My only regret is that I didn't see the light years ago. I guess it's not until you deal with someone efficient that you realise just how bad things were before.

By contrast you have shown considerable patience with my lack of knowledge and helped make the transfer, which frankly I was dreading following previous experiences, pretty painless. I'm pleasantly surprised at how little time it has taken to get everything up and running and will certainly pass your details to anyone else I know who needs hosting.
