Suspended Domain Names

If your UK domain name has been suspended, you can still order web hosting and move the domain name to us. You simply need to order your web hosting in the usual way using our order form.

Once you have placed your order, you should then ask your current domain name provider to release the domain name to Nominet tag: VISIONINTERNET. It's important that this tag is always quoted as one word in uppercase.

If your current domain name provider doesn't move the domain name for you, Nominet can do this for £15+VAT. To start this process, please click here. As part of this process, you should request to move the domain to Nominet tag: VISIONINTERNET. They will require a code from ourselves for verification. Please use the order reference from your hosting order for this.

After the domain name has been moved to us, we will check to see if there are any outstanding renewal fees to be paid. If this is the case, we will be sent you a renewal notice for the domain name.
