Detagged Domains

If your UK name has been de-tagged, you can get this re-tagged to ourselves. There are two stages to this process.

Stage 1

Place the order for your hosting and make sure that the option to move the domain name is selected.

Stage 2

You need to get Nominet to move the domain name to a Nominet tag so that it can be used once again. Nominet charge £15+VAT for this. To start this process, please click here. As part of this process, you should request to move the domain to Nominet tag: VISIONINTERNET. This is always quoted as one word in uppercase. A code from ourselves may also be required for verification. Please use the order reference number given once you have placed the order with us.

Nominet may also contact you for some form of proof of identity during the re-tagging process.
